MVRK BLACK LABEL BESPOKE FIGHTWEAR
TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING & PRODUCTION PLACEMENT
Where a bespoke request is accepted, MVRK Black Label will provide an estimated fightwear price together with the booking payment required to proceed.
The booking payment must be completed within 24 hours of being issued. If payment is not received within this period, MVRK Black Label reserves the right to release the offered production placement.
Payment of the $200 booking amount confirms the clients acceptance of the estimated price and temporarily holds the offered production placement. The booking payment reserves MVRK Black Label’s production capacity for the client’s order during the balance payment period and is credited toward the final fightwear invoice.
The remaining balance will then be issued less the booking payment already received and must be paid within 48 hours. If the remaining balance is not received within this period, MVRK Black Label reserves the right to release the offered production placement.
The estimate is based on the information supplied at the time of the request and may change where final design details, materials, sponsor requirements or client-requested changes affect the cost. Any material price change will be communicated before the remaining balance is due.
PAYMENT & BALANCE DUE
The remaining balance must be paid in full before design or production begins.
If the remaining balance is not received within 48 hours of being issued, MVRK Black Label reserves the right to cancel the order and release the reserved production placement. Where the order is cancelled due to non-payment of the remaining balance, the $200 booking payment will be retained by MVRK Black Label in consideration of the production capacity reserved for the order, except where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law.
PRODUCTION TIMING
Standard production time is approximately 4-5 weeks from the date the full payment has been received and all required measurements, design information and order details have been supplied, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production timing does not begin from the date of the initial bespoke request or booking payment alone.
MVRK Black Label is not responsible for delays to a scheduled fight date, travel date or event where production commencement has been delayed because required payment, measurements, design information, sponsor logos or other necessary order details were not supplied on time.
DESIGN,ARTWORK & APPROVAL
All designs must be confirmed before construction begins. Where MVRK Black Label is developing the design, concepts will be refined and approved before production proceeds.
Where a completed design or visual reference has been supplied by the client and is approved as suitable for production, MVRK Black Label may work directly from that artwork without redrawing it. This includes client-supplied digital or AI-generated design concepts.
MVRK Black Label may make practical adjustments where required for construction, fit, movement, materials, proportions or production feasibility. Any material design changes will be communicated before production proceeds.
Once a design has been approved and production has commenced, changes may not be possible and may incur additional costs where they can still be accommodated.
MEASUREMENTS & FIT
Accurate measurements are required before design and production can begin.
Measurements must be supplied using MVRK Black Label’s measurement instructions and must be taken carefully, as garment fit is based on the information provided.
Returning fighters are not required to resubmit measurements unless their sizing has changed, they have moved into a different weight division, the new garment requires additional measurements, or they are requesting changes to an existing pattern such as a shorter or longer trunk length.
MVRK Black Label is not responsible for fit issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete or incorrectly taken measurements supplied by the fighter, their team, sponsor, representative or any other person acting on their behalf.
FIGHT DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Fight dates, opponents and events can change. Once the booking payment has been made and the order has proceeded into the balance-payment stage, the client is committed to completing the order. A change, postponement or cancellation of the bout does not cancel the MVRK order or remove the clients payment obligations.
Where practical, MVRK Black Label may accommodate reasonable updates required because of a changed fight, including sponsor branding or other fight-specific details. Additional work, materials or shipping required as a result of those changes may incur additional costs.
If a fight is cancelled before final sponsor branding has been applied, the fighter may request that the completed kit be sent without sponsor logos. Sponsor branding can be added at a later date if required.
SPONSOR BRANDING
Sponsor branding should be supplied and confirmed before production begins wherever possible. This includes the required logo artwork, garment placement and approximate visual size.
Requests to add or change sponsor branding after production has commenced are subject to MVRK Black Label approval and may not be accepted.Late sponsor changes may affect production timing and may incur additional costs.
MVRK Black Label will not redesign or restructure an approved garment to accommodate late sponsor additions.
MVRK Black Label retains final discretion over whether third-party branding will be applied to its fightwear. Submission of a sponsor logo does not guarantee that the branding will be accepted for placement on a MVRK Black Label garment.
Clients are responsible for providing the required sponsor artwork together with the requested garment placement and approximate visual size for each logo.
Where no colour preference is supplied for single-colour sponsor branding, MVRK Black Label will select a colour considered appropriate to the garment design and intended to provide suitable visibility.
Artwork must be supplied in a format suitable for the required application methods. MVRK Black Label may request replacement artwork where the files supplied are not suitable for production.
HTV and DTF sponsor branding is applied as a permanent finish and cannot be removed by MVRK Black Label once applied without risking damage to the garment.
Clients are responsible for confirming all sponsor approvals before logos are applied. Any later changes to a sponsorship arrangement between the fighter and sponsor— including non-payment, cancellation or non-renewal— does not make the applied branding removable.
Where a sponsor logo can no longer be displayed, a replacement garment may be required. Any replacement garment will be treated as a new order and is not provided free of charge.
MVRK Black Label works with a wide range of specialist fashion materials, including faux leather, coated fabrics, foiled fabrics, synthetics and other unconventional textiles. Heat-transfer and DTF applications may perform differently across individual materials and finishes.
Where material compatibility is uncertain, MVRK Black Label will use the application method considered most appropriate based on the garment and materials available. In some circumstances, alternative placement or application methods may be recommended.
Because material composition, heat resistance, surface coatings, sweat, abrasion and fight conditions vary, the long-term adhesion of applied sponsor branding cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance. Lifting or deterioration associated with the characteristics of the underlying material or normal combat use does not necessarily indicate a production fault.
Where externally produced sponsor transfers have already been ordered, those costs remain payable even if a fight is postponed or cancelled. Unapplied transfers may be retained by MVRK Black Label for later application or supplied with the completed garment.
Standard single-colour sponsor branding may be incorporated into the overall fightwear price where applicable. Full-colour or specialist sponsor branding may incur additional costs where external production is required.
Where a completed garment has already been delivered and sponsor branding is requested at a later date, the client is responsible for returning the garment to MVRK Black Label and for all associated shipping costs.
Additional branding, materials and return delivery may be charged separately.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
All completed MVRK Black Label fightwear is sent via DHL Express with tracking unless local collection has been arranged.Local collection is available on the Gold Coast only.
Clients are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, email address and contact number. These details are supplied to DHL so the client can receive tracking information and delivery updates directly from the carrier.
Clients are responsible for providing their current delivery details for each order. MVRK Black Label does not rely on previous shipping information held by the carrier, and any address supplied for the current order will be treated as the authorised delivery address.
Once dispatched, delivery time frames may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather, customs, remote-area delivery or other circumstances outside MVRK Black Label’s reasonable control.
Where DHL provides delivery-management options, including redirecting or rescheduling a delivery, the client is responsible for managing those arrangements directly with DHL once tracking has been issued.
Clients should ensure someone is available to receive the parcel where required and should follow DHL’’s delivery instructions. MVRK Black Label is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after a parcel has been delivered in accordance with clients authorised delivery instructions, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the client should photograph the packaging and garment immediately and contact MVRK Black Label as soon as possible so the matter can be investigated with DHL.
MVRK Black Label is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by the client, their team, sponsor, representative or any other person acting on their behalf.
RETURNS, FAULTS & ALTERATIONS
As MVRK Black Label garments are individually designed and made to order,change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
If a garment is faulty, damaged due to a production error, or differs materially from the approved order, please contact MVRK Black Label as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue so it can be assessed.
Where a fault or production error is confirmed, MVRK Black Label will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian consumer law, which may include repair, replacement or another suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.
Minor variations associated with handmade construction, fabric texture, colour reproduction, embellishment placement or other characteristics of individually made garments are not considered faults where they do not affect the garments intended use or overall quality.
Fit issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or incorrectly taken measurements supplied by the fighter, their team, sponsor, representative or any other person acting on their behalf are not considered production faults.
Alterations requested after completion that are not the result of a confirmed MVRK production error may incur additional charges, including labour, materials and shipping.
GARMENT CARE & WEAR
MVRK Black Label fightwear is individually constructed using a wide range of specialist fashion fabrics, embellishments, trims and application methods selected according to each fighters design brief and intended use.
Where no specific material preference is provided, MVRK Black Label may select fabrics and materials considered suitable for the approved design. Digital fabric swatches are provided swatches and screen images are indicative only. Minor variations in colour, texture, finish or appearance may occur due to screen display, dye lots, manufacturer batches and material availability.
Fightwear is designed for combat-sport use; however, the expected lifespan of individual materials and decorative elements will vary depending on construction, frequency of use, contact, blood, sweat, abrasion, laundering and general care. Specialist finishes including foil, paint, feathers, sequins, embellishments and highly modified or theatrical elements may naturally show wear sooner than more conventional materials. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
All MVRK Black Label fightwear must be gently hand washed and dried flat in the shade unless otherwise advised. Machine washing, tumble drying, harsh detergents, bleaching, ironing over applied decoration or other care methods contrary to MVRK instructions may damage the garment and may void responsibility for damage caused by that misuse.
Do not apply a hot iron directly to MVRK fightwear, applied branding or embellishments. Many specialist materials used in bespoke fightwear— including faux leather, synthetics, foiled fabrics and faux fur— may permanently damage when exposed to excessive heat.
Where pressing is necessary, use the lowest suitable heat setting, place a clean pressing cloth or Teflon sheet between the iron and garment, and test a small inconspicuous area first. MVRK Black Label cannot provide one universal ironing temperature or method because fabric composition and appliance temperatures vary.
Damage caused by excessive heat, direct ironing, machine drying or other care methods contrary to the supplied care instructions is not considered a MVRK production fault.
THIRD-PARTY ALTERATIONS & DAMAGE
MVRK Black Label is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by third-party businesses or individuals, including the application of additional sponsor logos, heat transfers, DTF vinyls, embroidery, alterations, repairs or other modifications not performed by MVRK Black Label.
Any garment altered, heat-pressed, modified or repaired by another provider is done at the clients risk. Damage caused by those third-party services is not considered an MVRK production fault.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, BRAND USE & ADVERTISING
MVRK Black Label fightwear is not supplied for private labelling, resale as another brands product, or for the purpose of representing MVRK--designed or MVRK-made garments as the work of another designer, label or manufacturer.
All bespoke MVRK Black Label fightwear carries external MVRK branding or identification. This branding forms part of the finished garment and must not be removed, covered or altered for the purpose of misrepresenting the origin of the garment.
MVRK Black Label designs, patterns, artwork, construction concepts and other original creative work remain the intellectual property of MVRK Black Label unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing a garment does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or grant permission for it to be copied, reproduced or supplied to another manufacturer for duplication.
MVRK Black Label garments must not be supplied, loaned or provided to another manufacturer, designer or business for the purpose of copying, reverse engineering, pattern replication or reproducing the garment or its construction.
Where a sponsor, clothing brand, business or other third party uses images or video featuring MVRK Black Label fightwear in advertising, marketing, websites or social media,MVRK Black Label must be clearly credited as the designer and maker of the fightwear.
Third-party branding displayed on a MVRK garment does not indicate that the sponsor or third-party designed, manufactured or owns the garment design. Content must not state or imply otherwise.
Where commercial content featuring MVRK Black Label fightwear is published without appropriate attribution, MVRK Black Label may request the content be corrected, updated or removed.
Where appropriate, MVRK Black Label may also use photographs or video of completed fightwear for portfolio, website, social media, editorial and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing before production.
