BESPOKE FIGHTWEAR.
MVRK was founded by Stacie Lee Davids, bringing together two worlds that had become inseparable from her life: textiles and boxing.
With more than two decades of experience working with textiles and garment construction, Stacie understood the difference that fabric, construction, proportion and detail could make to a garment.
Immersed in boxing and surrounded by fighters, she also saw firsthand what was available to Australian athletes — and, more importantly, what wasn’t.
On the world’s biggest boxing stages, fighters were walking into arenas wearing extraordinary bespoke ring attire. Closer to home, Australian fighters simply weren’t being offered the same level of choice, individuality and craftsmanship.
Stacie believed they deserved better.
Drawing on her existing experience, she began developing an approach to fightwear built specifically around the demands of the fighter, the movement of the garment and the theatre of fight night.
What followed was years of refining patterns, construction methods and specialist techniques specifically for the ring.
There was no shortcut.
MVRK was built one fighter, one fight and one individually designed piece at a time.
